Customers publish their requirements on the Internet, and then confirm the basic requirements through online and email. They require to build an ISO8 clean room with an area of about 1000 m2. Because the room they need is large, all the structure is relatively simple. But due to the high stability of the required air conditioning system, air conditioning is the focus of this project design and the main cost of the project.
However, we didn't confirm the exact price in this process. After the customer confirmed the clean room with several other manufacturers at the same time, they planned to come to China to inspect the factory. After receiving the customers and showing them around our factory, the price is the focus of their discussion. Then we explained and demonstrated the quality of our products in detail. The customer didn't confirm whether to cooperate with us on the same day, but we didn't give up. We continued to communicate with our customer, and finally completed the transaction with our efforts and insistence.
In the process of delivery, for example, the installation was not clear, or did not understand the problem. Finally, we arranged for the engineer to go over to guide the installation, and finally completed the installation.
